The B.Arch course is started in the college in the year 1985. The B.Arch is a 10 semester course affiliated to Kerala University. This programme is recognised by th Indian Council of Architecture and All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE).

The candidates seeking admission to this course should have the following basic requirements. The students should have passed the Kerala Higher Secondary Plus two Examination or 12th standard of CBSE, ICSE, VHSE or equivalent thereto with 50% marks in Maths and 50% marks for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. Diploma holders with 50% marks are also eligible for admission. 85% of total intake is filled from the Kerala State Entrance examination Rank list and the remaining by the management. All students seeking admission to this course should pass the aptitude test conducted by the concerned authority.
